What Was She Thinking??

Here is the second installment. This one is soooo bad that I had to post the pic alone. Any other outfits this bad might just do damage to your eyes. It looks like someone might have ripped off the front of her dress and now you can see her slip.

Perhaps she had an altercation with Paris Hilton just before this pic was taken. Who knows?
