I Figured Out Some Of It....
After some research, I have discovered that Tucker Chapman is the son of Duane Chapman and Lyssa Brittain.
As far as I can tell, that is Tucker in the grey shirt.

I don't approve of racial comments but a person has a right to say what he wishes on the privacy of his own phone.I think Tucker is a worse person for selling is Dad down the river than for Dog to say what he did on his own phone and not in public.I hope Tucker violates his probation and joes back to prison for very long time with Mother sitting in his lap, and I will not watch A& E until Dog is put back on.

Christopher Heck: Born abt. 1969. Reportedly adopted at a young age. In his 20s he was reunited with Dog.
Duane Lee Chapman II: Born 1/21/1973. Duane's mother is La Fonda. Along with financial and retirement consulting, Duane works with his father as a bounty hunter. He married Teresa R. Roybal on 12/01/1999. They live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Duane and Teresa are raising four children: Dylan from his first marriage, and three children from Teresa's former marriage: Jodi, Jasmine, and Jennifer.
Leland Blaine Chapman: Born on December 14, 1976 in Groom, Texas. His mother is LaFonda. He works with his dad in the bail bonds business and has been a professional boxer, kick boxer, and extreme fighter.

Tucker Dee Chapman: Born September 8, 1983. Mother is Lyssa Greene. Sentenced at age 18 for armed robbery, Tucker served 4 years of a 20 year sentence. He was released from prison on parole in May 2006. In late February 2008, Tucker Chapman was arrested for alleged parole violations.
